Character's Name: Anastasiya “Ana” Konstantiv
Gender: Female
Age: “nineteen” really sixty-seven
Category: Vampire
Sexual Orientation: bisexual, with a preference for women
Family: Levine and Katia Konstantiv (parents) and her uncle Nikolai- all deceased.
Currently With Tanya and her coven (if that's not okay she's just alone)
Character History: Anastasiya Alisa Konstantiv was born December 17th 1942, to Levine and Katia Konstantiv. Her mother and father we delighted at her arrival, they had always wanted a baby girl. They had hopes she would grow up proper, marry a nice young man, and have little children of their own. They hoped she would enjoy the wealth the family had from her fathers success as a banker, and want that for her own life. As she grew up, though, they saw that wouldn’t be the case.
She grew up going to the best private schools in Moscow, surrounded by the best people. Ana had always received top marks, taking advanced math’s and science’s, as well as doing well in her own native language, Russian, and becoming fluent in English and French. She even excelled outside of school, her parents putting her through ballet and tap dancing courses, and private voice and piano lessons. She was most passionate about the dancing, though. After her first class she’d known she wanted to make that her future, something she could never tell her parents.
Talented and bright, Ana was also popular, to her immense displeasure. It was most likely her beauty that attracted them to her. All those envious girls, hoping that being near her would make them look prettier, get the boys to notice them like they noticed her. Oh, did the boys notice Ana. Many would ask her on a date, calling for her, taking her to parties and such. Her parents loved it, knowing these boys would be men one day, and they were from very respectable families, and would have respectable careers. But Ana hated them all, just like she hated those shallow girls, the ones who never took the time to know Ana before declaring her “friend”.
All her life, she’d only felt her true friend was her uncle. Nikolai Konstantiv was a traveling man, and he visited places all over the world, though his favorite place was America. Though in the midst of the World War II, he would still visit, and come back with tales of gorgeous, famous women. They weren’t tied to marriages; they were free, in movies and plays, singing and dancing for a living. Her favorite tales were the ones of the women putting on shows for men, dancing and singing, and be brazen enough to show skin and remove clothes. Ana wanted to be like that, and when she found out there were places like that in Moscow, she’d found her future. Though still, she kept it from her parents, for they’d never understand.
Indeed, by her last year, her parents were very worried. She was going to graduate soon, but had not yet had a boyfriend; she’d hardly even had any second dates. Levine and Katia decided to take the matter into their own hands. One of Levine’s associates had a son who was twenty-one and still unwed, and Kati thought it’d be nice to set them up. Ana begrudgingly agreed, and went out with him with a week. It wasn’t hard to see why he was single; he was one of the most unattractive people she’d ever met. After he’d gone back home talking of how great it’d gone, they decided to marry her off to him.
The plans had been made for a summer wedding, but Ana would be gone by then. The moment she graduated, she took a bus to her uncle’s home, and stayed there with the maid until he returned from a trip to England. Her parents didn’t know where she’d gone until that day, but after hearing what she’d done didn’t want her back. While she’d waited, she started working at a club and a burlesque dancer, something she was surprised to find she was good at. New as she was, she was one of the best, something the other girls slightly hated her for. That was probably why the day she became a vampire, they didn’t try to stop her.
She was to work a private show, for a business man, she’d never even learned his name. He enjoyed Ana, too much, and thought he would get more from her than just a look. When she refused, he took it by force. Ana fought though, but he was stronger, much stronger, and he hurt her, and then had his way with her. But he couldn’t risk losing his reputation on it, so he hit her until she was near death, and then took her to the back alley to die. The other girls who may have heard her screams didn’t seem to care, for they didn’t go her aid. Ana should've died that day, if it weren’t for a young vampire by the name of Robert
Robert had found her; he’d been drawn by the blood, but had wanted to save her. He was a vegetarian vampire, and hadn’t had human blood in decades, until then. He new he didn’t want to kill her, but that’d she’d lost to much blood to be taken to a hospital. Therefore, he turned her into a vampire. He taught her not to eat humans, like him, and they were together for a good forty years.
That was until the day he was killed. He’d accidentally revealed he was a vampire to a small town in south France, some thing the Volturi had to clean up. They went for Robert, but Ana tried to stop them from killing him, and tried to save him. So while they killed her one and only friend, they hade Jane mentally torture her until she stop fighting them. After wards they let her go, but she grew to hate them, and still does to this day. Since then she’d wandered alone, until she came across the Tanya and her coven and joined them, grateful to no longer be alone
Character Appearance: Ana was always a very beautiful girl. Even in her human life, guys were trying to be with her, girls trying to be like her. At first glance, you’ll see her body, very petite, but still curvy. The delicate curves go from her chest, to her waist, traveling down to her hips and thighs, in an hourglass shape. Her stomach is very flat, and she has light muscle, from being a dancer, but it’s not very obvious (she now has supernatural strength, but you can’t see it). Her skin is a pale ivory, that glitters in the sun, but she avoids letting that happen.
The next this you’ll see is her hair. Her golden locks just hit her shoulder when left alone, but it’s rare that she doesn’t’ do anything to them. She will generally curl it more, and then it’s above, looking shorter. On rare occasions, she’ll straighten in, and it goes past her shoulders. Her hair is her favorite trait, and she’s very careful with it, always brushing it and cleaning it, even though it never really gets to dirty anymore. People always compliment her on her hair, and assume because she’s blonde she’d easy sometimes.
Next you see her face, which her best feature. He face is slender, with delicate features. Her cheekbones are set just right, her nose not to large or small. She has full lips, a light pink color and her eyes are almond shaped, and a honey color, though they were once a crystal blue. Ana loves wearing make-up, making her lips a richer pink, and she lines her eyes with black liner and mascara, then a bright eye shadow. Though, she’s careful not to look trashy.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Her strengths are being entertaining and cheerful, making people feel better, along with the usual vampire traits (superhuman speed and strength and enhanced senses and abilites). Her weaknesses are confrontation and, obviously, blood.
Personality: Ana is generally a cheery and bright person, and has a kind demeanor. It’s mostly an act, but one she puts on well. It’s not that she’s not nice, it’s that she has a lot of dark secrets she hides. So she hides behind her smile, and spends her time entertaining others with songs and dancing, never staying in one place too long, and is there to help those who need it. It’s not in her nature to be mean or cold, one reason why she can’t hunt humans, and instead hunts animals. Ana just can’t handle hurting or killing people, like what happened to her.
Along with her niceness, she exudes confidences. Never asking permission, she always does what she can when she can, and never gives anything less than her all (well, sometimes so the humans don’t get suspicious). Most people are slightly in awe of her brazenness, about how she doesn’t seem to care what others think, but she really does. She has fake charisma and makes a lot of friends, but it’s all out of her own insecurities.
Ana is terrified of being alone. She needs someone with her, just a friend to talk to, and if not she dwells on her past and the sorrows that surround her. It takes her to the point where she’d rather cease to exist, and has come close to going to revealing herself so the Volturi could just kill her, but she has never done that. Ana doesn’t think she ever really could, something stemming from her own fear of confrontation.
When is comes to love, though, Ana can’t find anyone. Her human years were full on men vying for her hand, but she never liked any. She secretly found her self attracted to other girls, and still does, but also occasionally men. It confused her, and it wasn’t until recently she realized her bisexuality and accepted it. Ana hasn’t found anyone since she turned into a vampire, but she still looks and hopes she’ll find someone.

Fumbling with her slippery keys, Echo did her best to unlock the door of her Miata, only succeeding in dropping her keys in a puddle. Cursing under her breath, the girl dropped to her knees, not caring that the soaked asphalt was making her jeans filthy. She was already soaked; nobody would notice a if she ad dirt on her. Even if they did, it wouldn’t matter, as her day couldn’t have gotten much worse than it already was.
For starters, Echo had woken up late for class that day, and missed her first two periods. She wasn’t surprised, she was exhausted from the night before, where she had stayed up all night finishing a report she had put off until the last minute. Though Echo distinctly remembered asking her brother to wake her, she found herself waking to an empty house and a note reading –Sorry sis, had to go in early. Should be back around six. Try staying out of trouble..She’d rolled her eyes at that. Like she really got in trouble, she did all she could to just avoid attracting attention. Sure, she’d missed a few classes recently, but nothing that would cause anyone to care.
When Echo finally made it to school, it was already third period, but she wasn’t about to get to class until the end due to the idiotic office staff. They felt the need to lecture her for a good twenty minutes on her attendance and punctuality, to which she argued she still had some of the best grades in her class, so going didn’t really matter. They gave her detention for lack of respect, leaving her annoyed until they finally made it to lunch. She usually spends lunch outside, in her car, away from everyone, but it was already raining, and she didn’t feel much like running to her car, then running back, when her next class was right after was next to the cafeteria. So she quietly pretended to eat while feeling uncomfortable around all the people she didn’t care enough about to ever know, until she could just finish out the rest of the day.
Then, for a full hour, she sat in a classroom alone, serving out her detention. The teacher on duty barely cared. When she was finally able to go, she sprinted to her car, hoping she could get home, or just get somewhere, that wasn’t here. But she had managed to drop her keys, and the rain was pouring on her, making it hard to fish them out of the growing puddle. Finally getting them, she opened the door to her tiny car, a gift she’d receive two years ago when she turned sixteen, and started up the engine. Surprisingly it worked on the first try, which pleased her. Echo’s little car had been having engine troubles, and she was putting off going to the outrageously priced mechanic for as long as possible.
She was driving carefully through the curtain of water toward home, when her luck ran out. She could feel it, the engine was faltering, wanting to quit. Cursing quietly to herself, she pulled over, and turned off the car. She could practically hear it sigh in relief as it could stop pushing it’s self along. Echo tried calling her brother, but his cell phone was off, leaving her broken down on the side of the road. With a sigh Echo exited her car, sitting on the hood of her car, which was surprisingly cool. Thankfully the rain was letting up a bit, but she was still getting wet, not that she really cared anymore. Maybe someone will drive by, and at least give me a ride so I can deal with this later. I’ll wait an hour, and then I’ll just walk home, she thought.
